The Essential package

  • 1 hour sports maintainence massage
  • 4 available through the year.
  • 1 can be used anytime within each 12 week period.

The Bundle Package

  • A sports maintenance massage every 8 weeks
  • A 6 Monthly Movement assessment, to check in on any movement dysfunctions that could cause pain or injuries down the line.
  • Free app access with monthly exercises to help with warm-ups, self-myofascial release techniques, mobility and flexibility.
£19/Month

The Full Works Package

  • A monthly sports maintanence massage
  • Pre & Post massage for events included
  • Quarterly movement assessment
  • Free access to the app with specific rehab routines for your body

Terms and conditions: No Contract, if you have taken a massage without paying the instalment then you will be billed for the remaining balance.

Individual sports massages are £45. Injury and pain rehabilitation £55.

At the Body Fix Coach we often remind people to book in for their regular check-ins for sports massage.

We always say prevention is better than cure and that's because it takes much longer to recover from injuries than to go through an hour a month to prevent such pain or injuries with soft tissue work.

Our lowest monthly fee means you know you're commited to at least 4 sessions with us per year.

And of course, if you need any more, you can upgrade your package any time.

Lots of availability

Although we don't run 24/7 we have plenty of availability from week to week. Just use our booking system and schedule in a slot with us. You can even schedule in advance if you like.

Got a competition coming up?

We work with a variety of people and Athletes to help them get ready for their sports competitions. You can use your massage allowance to book in a pre event massage. We will check everything is in tip top condition ready for your comp day. Our full works package has these included for no extra charge.

Community and App

The Body Fix Coach has our own community groups and Mobile Apps. If you want extra exercises to help your strength, mobility, flexibility to support your sessions with us, you can add this extra to your monthly.
